TakinTrash is a locally owned and operated junk and trash removal company serving homes and businesses throughout the Wasatch Front. Our website provides information about our services and allows you to request quotes or schedule pickups. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content, pricing, or services at any time without prior notice.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site, copy our content without permission, or submit false or misleading information. We do our best to ensure the site is accurate and secure, but we can’t guarantee that it will always be free from errors or interruptions.

When you book a service with us, you agree to provide accurate details and allow us safe, legal access to your property. You also agree to let us know about any unusual circumstances ahead of time, such as stairs, oversized or hazardous items, or limited access. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any job that we believe is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our scope of work.

Pricing is generally based on the volume, weight, and type of material we are removing. While we can offer estimates over the phone or online, final pricing is typically confirmed once we see the job in person. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, cards, and other approved payment methods. Failure to pay may result in collection action, late fees, or refusal of future service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a fee, as we’ve likely reserved time and travel for your job. If we need to cancel or delay service due to weather, equipment failure, or safety issues, we’ll do our best to notify you promptly and reschedule at your convenience.

There are certain items we cannot remove, including but not limited to: hazardous waste (such as paint, oil, or chemicals), firearms or explosives, medical or biological waste, and anything that’s prohibited by law. If you’re not sure whether we can take something, please ask before your appointment.

While we treat your property with care, you agree that TakinTrash is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, weak stairs or flooring, or items not installed properly. We are also not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages unless caused directly by our own negligence. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for our service.

All logos, text, images, and designs on this site are the property of TakinTrash and may not be used without our written permission. Your use of our website and services does not grant any rights to use our intellectual property.
