Refund Policy

At TakinTrash, we work hard to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free junk removal services. Your satisfaction matters to us. While most of our services are non-refundable once completed, we understand that situations can come up, and we aim to handle each one with fairness and professionalism.

If you’re unhappy with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your completed job. We’ll listen to your concerns and do our best to make it right — whether that means correcting the issue, offering a partial refund, or scheduling a follow-up visit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if we’ve already committed time, fuel, or resources to your job.

Once a service has been performed and items have been hauled away, full refunds are not typically available, as the work has already been completed and disposal costs incurred.

If we are unable to complete your job due to factors outside your control (such as extreme weather or mechanical issues on our end), we will either reschedule your service at no charge or provide a full refund.
